There are three round of interviews, all of them is on-site interview in dalian, the first round is writting interview and lots of questions are about how to use programming language, the second round is also technical interview, besides some quesiton about past experience, also need to use english to answer one question(yes, most of the interview is in chinese). The third round is talking with manager, not so technical.

No tough questions, Friendly. Process took 45 minutes. C++ questions. The inlterview was conducted via video. Two senior engineers asked questions. The questions were exclusively technological. If you have been coding basic C++ you will perform well. If not you will be rejected
