Quite bad experience. The recruiter send me a CCAT test, which I did. And then, they just ghosted me. I emailed them 3 times to ask for the results, the first time, there was one person replied saying that a recruiter will share the result with me soon. But no one shared the result with me. They didn't response to my next 2 emails.

After application submission, recruiter reached out asking me to complete a Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) and the Employee Personality Profile (EPP) tests. Never heard back from the recruiter after completing them - takes about 30 minutes of my time to do those tests and the recruiter doesn't have the decency to spend 30 seconds with a followup email.
3 major rounds: Hiring manager round followed by a virtual onsite consisting of a coding screen, system design and technical leadership. Final round is an Amazon-style Bar Raiser with a senior leader.
The recruiting team was responsive and accommodating with respect to scheduling each round in the loop.

IQ test, phone screen, onsite with coding, system design and behavioral. Then bar raiser with c level. ICs were nice, friendly and smart. C level bar raiser round is ridiculous. They don't know much about business or product. Kept asking biggest challenge in personal life. Long working hours. They expect you to work at least 50 - 60 hrs per week or longer. They don't care about what the company can offer, they only care about what you can bring to the company.
