The interview process is fairly standard for Customer Success roles in the Martech/Adtech space. The first round is a typical HR screener. The HR person I spoke to seemed pretty apathetic, but moved me on to the next step which was a CCAT test. This was a complete waste of time and an almost discriminatory practice for anyone with a disability - shocked they have not been sued tbh. After the CCAT exam you'll meet with a Director. This round was conversational and more question and answer than anything else. I thought it was strange that the Director you met with, isn't necessarily the person you'll be rolling into. After that you have a take home project/presentation where you have to analyze past campaign results and also speak to the product. The campaign data isn't hard to present, but the product challenging. The resources they provide you are limited, and the content on their website is trash. I went to watch a video titled "Rokt Building is in our DNA" to learn about the product, but ended up learning a bunch of fun facts about the CEO instead. The first 10 seconds of the video is the CEO skiing down the mountain. The video awkwardly transitions to the CEO talking about his Mom, which is unhinged. CEOs set the tone for an org and this one deff has an ego which could be felt with everyone I spoke to at the org. With that being said, everyone was easy to email and prompt in letting me know next steps.

They have old school interview methodologies and require you to complete an aptitude test. Following the aptitude test there is an interview, a presentation & a culture interview. The presentation being arguable the most subjective part of it all. .
