Contacted by HR via email. Scheduled a 30min interview with manager which went well. The day after they requested for a 45 min test assessment that really takes 2 hours and HR or the manager don't provided any information on how to prepare and want the test done immediately. Two problems on the test were not stated in job description. Was not given offer after completed 2 problems from test assessment which were on job description. No feedback from HR when requested. Seems like a place that has unrealistic expectations of their employees. Wouldn't recommend.

Colloquio
Fairly quick moving at first, but then it slowed down with little communication from the company. First interview was a general phone screen from HR, that was followed by a phone interview with the hiring Finance Manager. Ryder provided good information from the HR group and the Finance interviewer was well prepared and professional. In addition, he provided his contact information for follow up questions. Lacking was any follow-up feedback at the end of the process. Overall it seemed to be well-planned and professional and gave me an overall good impression of the company.
