I was informed by the recruiter that there will be a phone interview. During the time of phone interview were general questions to get to know my background and experience. There were 3 people conducting the phone interview. Later on I informed by the recruiter that I was selected for an interview at their HQ in Riyadh. The face to face interview was with 4 people on the panel. They asked a varied questions like why should we hire you would you like to move to Riyadh with your family etc. They informed me at the interview that if I would be offered a junior position would I be interested to accept the job. I refused their offer to accept a lower paying job.
