The recruiters are AWESOME, super personable and want to help you at every point in the process. The interviews with the directors are a really great chance to get to know them, see what differentiates Concur from the broader SAP, and learn more about your role. The overall process was great. About one week's time before hearing results of second interview, and had an offer within about 4 days of third interview.
