I applied online through a job post. They replied within 3 weeks giving me a first interview. It was mostly behavioral and some java questions relating to hashmaps. Then, I had another interview that was more technical, mostly about my resume. Then, a couple days after, I got the offer. The process was smooth and easy.

After that, they let me know the decision within 24 hours... See, really fast. Just focus on your resume. Whatever in your resume, they will ask.
