Salesforce HR contacted me in March 2016 for the first time, then setup three interviews and finally the panel interview. The Salesforce recruiter was very helpful and contacted me weekly to check on my progress and if I would have any questions or concerns. The overall recruiting experience was very good and ten times better than my previous Salesforce recruiting process three years ago. A huge improvement. I was very skeptical at the beginning of the process since the end of my previous recruiting process ended with no closure from Salesforce.
