The overall process is long with several rounds. The recruiters are very nice and transparent in regards to what will happen for each round. Depending on what team you are interviewing for you may have google hangouts for the first couple of rounds.
If you are serious about this company do your research about their history, their culture and their product. I also recommend completing the basic modules on Trailhead, which is their online free training site. These will come in handy for the 4th round presentation.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.
