There are several thorough steps to the recruiting process to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit for both Salesforce and the candidate. Step one - with a recruiter Step 2 - Manager. Step 3 - Senior Manager, Step 4 - Panel interview. You have contact with your Recruiting coordinator throughout the process if you need help or more information!
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.
