I applied via employee referral. The process took 3 weeks altogether. Started with an initial phone screen with a recruiter out of the Chicago Office. The phone call was more of a conversation rather than an interview, which then she invited me to an onsite interview in the Chicago office. The recruiter did give me some interview tips and expectations which helped a lot as well as being available to help answer any other questions I had.
I met with a current SDR and had a conversation about the day-to-day life of an SDR as well as what to expect in the interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was pretty relaxed. They definitely want you to do your homework on Salesforce and be prepared to explain what separates you from the rest. Overall, the interview is intended for you to run and to turn it more conversational.

The interview process included a 30 - minute phone screen with HR, a 1 - hour interview with the hiring manager focusing on sales experience and CRM knowledge, and a final role - play exercise simulating a cold call to a prospect.

Great experience during 3 sets of challenging interviews. Firstly with the recruiter (30 min call), and then 2 sets of interviews with your hiring manager and with an additional person from the company. Very responsive and quick process as well with hiring manager and with recruiter too.
