3 rounds of interviews. 1 phone screen with the hiring manager. 1 in person round that lasted 4 hours and one video chat with members of the team. They are concerned with culture fit, ability to lead, deal with change, and ability to quickly pickup new skills. They weren't overly obsessed with making sure I was deeply knowledge of specific technologies.
