I had two 1:1 interviews with different managers within the team and then a panel interview with a case study/demo. There was lots of support provided by a solution engineer they assign to you as part of the panel prep process. I would highly recommend taking full advantage of this person's time and advice.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.
