I must have gotten referred by an ex colleague of mine who started with Salesforce a few months back. The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, we had a short call, he asked me to join a 1 hour call where the VP of the Nordics would explain to me why Salesforce is a great place to work. After this very informal and informative call they invited me for a one hour interview. They sent me eight questions up front for which I had to prepare a presentation. This was challenging but a fun exercise. Within half an hour into the interview they interrupted me and sent me out. Five minutes later they asked me back in and said they want me and pretty much put all details on the table. The rest was very uncomplicated formalities and a friendly communication between the recruiter, my new boss and I.

There were three rounds of interviews. The process moved fairly quickly. Unfortunately, at the time of decision the informed me an internal offer was made for the role. Completely support internal growth
