There were 3 interviews for me, and the people in them always made me feel relaxed and at ease. The first was a conversational one-on-one with my future boss, the second was another conversational one-on-one with another employee, and the third was a longer interview that consisted of a presentation and more conversation however this interview had 3 interviewers (the previous two plus another).
Before the interview they gave me additional resources and dedicated people to help me with figuring out what they expected for the presentation.

They typically just asked about my background and my interests (probably for fit) along with some of my tech and sales knowledge/experience.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.
