Very good experience going through the application process. It took around 4 weeks in total, which is quite fast considering there were several interviews. First, a recruiter screening call, then an interview with the hiring manager, then another interview with someone from the team, then a panel presentation & interview and finally reference calls with people whom I had worked with in the past. It's thorough but fair and the support from everyone involved at Salesforce was great. It felt like we were equal from the start and worked through it as a team. Best recruitment experience I've ever had.
