I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks, started in Feb 2019. First, I had a phone call with HR Brazil to align all expectations, understand my skills and competences; After that was scheduled a presencial interview with Technical Manager, Executive Business Manager and Senior VP. My last interview was with the hiring manager.
Excellent from start to offer. The Salesforce Lead Recruiter was great in keeping me informed all interview process about next steps and feedback as we progressed through hiring process.

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.
