I was first contacted by a recruiter, had a 30min talk with her and then had a 1h Google Hangout with the hiring manager. The next and last step is a panel interview on site.

You are wprking at a startup right now - how would you be able to adapt to the big company environment?
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.
