The process was very smooth and quite enjoyable.
The recruiter was very helpful and kept me updated at every step. I had all 4 interviews on the same week and got the offer on the following Tuesday with no bureaucracy or unnecessary wait.
The interviewers were all very friendly, intelligent and genuinely excited about Salesforce. Most of the interviews felt more like interesting conversations where I was given plenty of opportunity to talk about what I have to offer to the role and company, as well demonstrate my capability of learning new skills.
Have interviewed with big companies before, this was by far the best interview process I have experienced. An important note is that half of the interviewers were women which is a BIG change in comparison to most places, and in my opinion tells a lot about their engagement with equality.

My technical interview was mainly in AWS, Linux, programming and scripting concepts, and networking. The remaining 3 interviews were very natural technical and non-technical conversations. Understand why you want to be part of Salesforce and how to show what you can offer (know your past projects).

There were four interviews, after the initial screening call. I met with my now manager, and two Lead engineers. It was the most pleasant technical interview I have done. While they grilled me, no one seemed interested in making me fail, or proving they knew more - all technical sessions were collaborative, and supportive. There was also a timed online challenge, which was incredibly nerve-wracking and miserable. I managed to get about half of the tests passed, in a new-to-me language, and survived it. The final interview was mostly a personality interview/culture fit interview.
