The interview process was very smooth. I applied in December through LinkedIn, and had a friend who works on the Salesforce side of the company. I had an interview with the recruiter, then a member of the AD team, followed by a 2 hour interview with the ADR Managers, and then a final round interview with the head of public sector.

Salesforce does a great job of taking the time to prep candidates before every round of the interview process. They're quick to answer questions or clarify next steps. The most hands on experience I've had.
