Extremely positive experience! Interview process was fair and there was a genuine effort to get to know me on a personal level. The culture is prominent from your first interaction with the company (in my case the recruiter). My recruiter was extremely encouraging and I felt prepared for my interviews. Communication throughout was prompt and thorough.

First point of contact with recruiter. Very complete introduction to the company and briefing about the process to come. Then assessment day which lasted about 2.5 hours. Interviews with 2 managers, then mock up call and finally another call with a Director. Very clear process and assessment seemed fair.
