Cool company and great people. The interview process however is overbearing and complicated, it simply took too long (over 3 months and I didn't finish the process), I had to bow out for another opportunity.

Very personable interview process until you have to do a role play. The role play is definitely a challenge, but the approach isn't clear and the outcome can be confusing. Perhaps it caught me out ultimately.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.
