The process was straight forward with submitting our resume. Then after accepting the resume there was directly an HR round. In the HR round I was asked questions as to why choose sales as a career.

The interview process was fast, the lady was too late and went into the conversation that I was not capble (I have a strong sales record and have been on the leaderboard already for 4 years in my current sales role) I do not know why, but she was not interested in hiring me and did not give me a proper chance. During the conversation, it turned out to be mainly outbound which was not mentioned in the role online, which is not what I want so after 15 minutes I decided not to continue the conversation
3 rounds - HR screening, Hiring Manager, Panel round
Efficient, appreciate it.
Panel round is always going to be the hardest, good to practice with peers who are in sales.
