I was reached out by a recruiter on LinkedIn citing my profile to be a good fit for the role which was followed up by a telephonic round where the recruiter took all details including my role, current pay, Clients etc and mentioned moving me to next round of interviews details of which would be shared once confirming the dates etc. Post following up a week after the initial conversation I was been told that the dates are being finalised for the next round and I would be informed accordingly. 3 weeks later I get an automated mail stating rejection. To my surprise I wasn’t even interviewed for the role even after follow ups. Or in case the process was on, the recruiter did not end up providing a closure. Not a good experience for a company of SF’s standards.

First call was with a recruiter to review my resume and some initial questions to qualify for meeting the hiring managers.
Panel Interview with two hiring managers to qualify further into the final stage.
Presentation Interview focused on items like previous success, deal win review, territory plan strategy/fast start plan, etc. Q&A throughout and at end.

Es un proceso agil y rapido, hubieron tres entrevistas, incluyendo a la GM, Gerente Contratante y Gerente peer. Todas en las instalaciones de SALESFORCE con duración de 40 mins.
