- Interview with senior SE (team lead) - Panel with 4 internal stakeholders Overall smooth process, but not a good panel process. Very general panel without any personal questions or aspects, just general presentation and very short demo. Hard to be judge with this kind of process as nothing is personal and very general. At the end of the day the only decision criteria is the experience of the candidates and not the performance which can be easily known from just looking at the candidate's CV or LinkedIn. Personally, felt like a waste of time and energy.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.
