The interview process consisted of five rounds and was quite demanding overall. Expectations changed between interviews, communication was inconsistent, and the hiring manager came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh throughout the process
3 stages, Recruitment team, hiring manager and panel with approx 3 people including mid-senior leaders and potentially a peer.
Prepare to build a point of view and role play to pitch to a company.
