Colloquio
Interviewing with Salesforce was helpful and informative throughout the interview process. While I did work with different recruiters, each of them worked with me to set clear expectations and answer any questions. My interviewers were friendly and personable. The panel was clear to explain what they were looking to understand about me during the meeting. I met with employees across the globe of different levels. Working with a recruiter meant access to resources that helped me through the process and someone who communicated when I would expect a decision and how the team felt about me. This was a great experience.

They wanted to understand how I approach investigating and solving a technical problem. The team was also interested in understanding how I ensure customer success.

Colloquio
It was pretty quick. Pre-screening followed up by a 20 question multiple choice quiz. Then a panel interview. I was told by my recruiter the panel interview wouldn’t be technical but that was completely wrong. It was very technical.

Colloquio
The process was long and involved multiple stages, including technical assessments and panel interviews. Communication delay in the one stage and a long delay in the final stage. During the final stage interview, engagement from part of the panel appeared limited, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable.
