It takes a long time. There was a phone screen and then three interviews. They use the star method to ask questions. The questions were not hard but from my first conversation with the manager I felt as if she didn’t want to hire me and was just going through the motions. In the end I was not offered the job and her feedback was nonsensical. She basically said I lacked skills in certain areas which was no true, but she wouldn’t know that because they never asked me questions about that capability. And it’s worth nothing that I’ve interviewed there several times and have not interviewed or seen one brown face in a management position or even on the teams I interviewed with so I think their claims or diversity is a joke.

l got this interview via recruiter. I was very nervous as this was my first interview in several years and I think that was obvious. The interviewers were all very kind and made me feel comfortable despite knowing I had made a bad impression and I would not likely be continuing.

30 minute screening zoom call with hiring manager, went really well shared in-depth about the team, the role, the expectations and the current challenges. Great conversation. 2 more follow up interviews with cross-functional stakeholders who would be counterparts, interviews were fine but they seemed unimpressed. Recruiter got back to me within two days and apologized, said "feedback doesn't match reasoning for not wanting to move forward" They said I would be too structured as a program manager for their org, even though they both asked how I could bring structure to their chaos.

Tell me about a time you had to work with a difficult stakeholder
It was very good experience. Teams are great, manager was good, interview was mostly related to IT Department processes, solution architecture, managing projects, coordinate with architects. How to manage communication with VPs and Sr VPs
