Met with 4 associates 1 was the hiring manager. STAR interview format for 3. Hiring manager was a little more casual as the questions were centered around personality. I think she was looking for more of a cultural fit as this is a leadership role. All 4 interviews took about 40 minutes. I also had the opportunity to partner with another employee through their partnership program. Th employee gave me more insight into the company and the line of business that I was interviewing for. I was also pleased with how the recruiter responded to my e-mails and questions quickly also, when I met with one person, I knew the same day if I was progressing to the next interview. Great experience.
