My interview got scheduled through a Salesforce employee referral and there were 2 rounds of interviews. 1. Technical Round - Interviewer asked about everything from org configuration to deployment. 2. Managerial Round - scenario-based managerial questions. This was the best interview experience from my side. Seamless process and my favourite part is that the interview never felt like an examination. Both the rounds were interactive and communication was two-way so 10/10 for interviews.
