Recruiter was terrific and made the process seamless. I met with many hiring managers for open roles to ensure the right fit for us both. Did initial recruiter screen prior to that, met with skip level, then hiring managers on a panel presentation round. Offer came shortly after. Basically a 3 week process in total. Easy, if you know your stuff.

Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.
