      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Salesforce (Bengaluru) nel mese di dic 2024

      Colloquio

      Initially had an exploratory call with the HR, regarding current position work and then quickly scheduled 3 interview rounds within 1.5 weeks. The HR was adamant to get the interview rounds done quickly even though I asked for a time gap between rounds. Round 1 was behavioural, Round 2 was technical+behavioural - no coding questions were asked. Round 3 was again technical+behavioural and here coding questions and API design and testing based questions were asked

      In the first round it was mostly behavioural and questions regarding when did you demonstrate leadership, scenario based questions with examples in your current project/org were asked. In the second round it was again a bit of the same and in the beginning mostly questions related to testing, automation with a focus on java, api testing were asked and then it was again behavioural/scenario based questions. Third round was more technical - an easy LC question based on arrays was asked. Grilled on API design and testcases - how would you design an ecommerce API, what all you will test, how will you test it etc. And again behavioural questions were part of this round too. Some of the same scenario based questions were asked in the previous round as well
