The entire communication happened back and forth through emails. I was required to write 2 samples (with lots of feedback from the editor) before the official onboarding began. The training happened which was primarily SEO focused.

There was no interview, I was hired after sending a writing sample and a resume then sent directly to training after getting an offer and signing my contract after receiving it
