Friendly and welcoming interview, was the 1st interview with the hiring manager and HR, lasted 1 hour. Sounded like a great company to work for in terms of the information they provided me with.

How do you interpret Seccl's operating principles.

They asked me to work on very lenghty, very detailed scenario for the 2nd interview; but when working at Seccl all the information they asked me to work on the scenario is nowhere to find. When asking about revenue figures, the answer was 'finance team must have those', no CRM at all, just starting a very poor version of HubSpot, with no information. The lack of organisation and messy ways of working is staggering.

During the 3rd interview, conducted by someone from HR and another from Payments team, I mentioned after 50 minutes that concious of time I'd be very concise since I had to go back to work (I was having the interview during lunch break), they went and asked more questions and demanded more depth on the answers, questions about 'experience in the past with x, y,z' - I had to reiterate I was being more brief due to having to go back to work, but despite this they passed on feedback 'as not providing detailed enough scenarios at the end of the interview'. Mind you someone from HR was interviewing me. Absolute lack of empathy, awareness, and 0 time management.
