I was given the opportunity to interview with the manager, and it went extremely well with all the experience I have under my belt in our definite connection. She put me on with her assistant manager for a second interview, it went well, but the vibes were off with this girl. I happen to know her, and I do have some dirt on her. The very next day I was contacted by the head of their recruitment department saying that I had a lot of skill they noticed I had applied for another position the assistant manager role so she sought me out and saw what I have to offer. We set up a meeting. She said we didn’t have to interview because I had already had the interview with the manager. When I left the interview with the assistant manager that day. I had already known with her strange interview, even though it went well it wasn’t very typical. They made me wait a week. I apply for a few positions which I’m clearly qualified for being in the beauty industry for many many years! I definitely think the assistant manager was afraid that I would say something or let the cat out the bag per se if they hired me! I definitely feel discriminated against! 1000% if I could list my qualifications, you think they were ridiculous for not hiring me. Nor here nor there just thought, I would mention that sometimes knowing people is not the best thing. Especially if you have some very serious dirt on them.
