Easy, basic questions. I was hired as holiday help in 2015. They truly want to know talents and your skill sets you can bring to their store! I have nothing but positive things to say about the employees you work with. The leadership and co workers create a positive atmosphere to work in!

It was very easy going. The person who interviewed me liked me almost right away so we talked about Argo Tea for about 20 min and the interview was done.

I had 2 interviews. First Interview- Went in myself and another girl. They had me wander the store for a few minutes. interview was very laced back and chill. The store hiring manager was awesome, she was just having a conversation while interviewing us. Interview took about 20 minutes. She kept me behind for a few minutes since she knew my previous job had been as a hair stylist. Sephora had been trying to develop their hair industry and want to develop more on that when clients come in. She told me she would keep in contact during the next week or so. About five days late I called the store just to show interest in the position and plus( I really wanted to work at Sephora). Hiring Manager was conducting other interviews so I left a message along with my name with one of the associates. The same day I received an email from the hiring manager begging asking me to giver her 2 more days. Sure enough 2 days later( a week and 3 days later I received the email asking if I was available to come in for a second interview on that upcoming Monday. Second Interview: I walked in the store, the guard already recognized me and announced I was there for my interview. Again, I was asked to wander the store. 15 minutes later another manager looked for me and said she would be conducting my interview. She was awesome as well, she made sure I was very comfortable so she spoke about her sort of like to break the ice. interview took about 15 minutes. I asked how long I'd have to wait to hear back from them and she told me not to worry that I'd definitely hear back from the before the end of the week. Sure enough, Wednesday, 2 days after my second interview the first hiring manager emailed me saying she'd love for me to join the team AND I ACCEPTED!!! And asked if I was available the next day Thursday for an in-store orientation and Friday for the orientation at another Sephora. the process took about 2 1/2 weeks. ORIENTATION WAS AMAZING!!!
