Sephora does all their yearly hiring fro the seasonal help they hire for the holidays. They train and then keep they worthy seasonal help, and everyone begins at cashier. My interview was a group and very fun, as the management was open and encouraging with role play and lots of questions. It was boring, and they didn't have the spirit of contention in the room, it was easy for a seasoned sales woman, like myself to shine.

I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
