Filled application and three days after was contacted by the assistant manager for a group interview which I found odd but agreed we were supposed to be three but only two of us showed up the Sephora I was interviewing for is a Stand alone big Sephora store in a big mall so we did the interview at coffee shop near by

Not really difficult questions just the typical customer service questions like how you would approach a customer etc

Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
