I had 4 separate interviews. The first was from a J.C.Penney recruiter, the second from a Sephora Experience manager, the third from the store manager of J.C. Penney, and the Fourth from the District Manager of J.C.Penney. All of the interviewers except the district managers were very nice and knew their jobs. They stayed in constant contact throughout the interview process until the end. The work culture seemed great and very diverse. My advice would be to try and wow the district manager. He seemed to hold all the cards. It is very disappointing to go through 4 interviews and never hear back. This is my second week of waiting.
