Went through 4 Interviews took 3 weeks. I applied on a Monday 1st interview - Phone interview - Tuesday Ask general questions about me and why sephora 2nd interview- Group interview - Thursday Just me and 1 other girl which was kinda awkward 3rd interview - one on one with assistant director - Following Wednesday I feel like i was asked the same questions multiple times. I feel like they could have really only done 1 interview and hired me as a cashier. 4th with Education Lead and Director - Following Monday Demo makeup application on another cast member asked to do a cat eye (hardest thing ever to do on other people) I originally applied to be a Core (nonseasonal) Beauty Advisor in color. I was offered seasonal cashier with the promise to move into color after season. I accepted wanted to get a foot in the door.

I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
