Applied online, received a call about two weeks later for a group interview. There was about 12 of us and we each answered five questions (took half an hour) from two employees. Got a call for a second interview a few days later. The woman I was supposed to interview with was not there so I saw someone else. She asked me about my current job and I mentioned I didn't like my boss and she grilled me about that. Interview lasted about 30 minutes and I received an email that night that I wasn't getting the job.

I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
