Before meeting with anyone at Sephora they gave me a homework assignment to prep for QA'ing their campaigns. The next process after that involved meeting with two people (another Associate and the Hiring Manager). The time was an hour, however, they asked the same questions and it should have been a panel interview to be respectful of candidates' times. The overall time it took from speaking with the recruiter, to handling the homework assignment, to the hour-long interview, it took around 5.5 hours in total.
