The recruiter reached out to me for a backfilled position. They were short staffed so I thought the process will be quicker. To my surprise, so far I’ve had 7 interviews in almost one month, each interview is 30 min to 45 min long just talking about my resume to 7 different people. Tedious and absurd, I don’t understand how they’d planned to waste candidates time and just to let them know they’re not qualified. Deeply regret that I interviewed with Sephora.
