Had a phone interview and seemed to go well Nd was ghosted. They should let applicants know whether or not they decided to move forward with someone else rather than ghosting.

4 interviews for a low paying role is ridiculous. Especially after you pretty much get told you have the job then they randomly back out without cause. All of the interviews are structured the same as well, so it’s needlessly redundant.
