Honestly, I was already offered another cosmetics position and it wasn't seasonal it was actually full-time. But after applying here months ago, I get a call the next day I was offered a job. OF COURSE I wasn't going to turn this opportunity down. Accepted the interview, it was suppose to be a group interview but couldn't attend a specific time due to my current job. The hiring manager was kind enough to set up an interview an hour after the group interview. Which I was relieved. I mean I have done group interviews before but I love the whole "one on one" type of feel. But the interview was so smooth and I made the hiring manager laugh a few times and got super comfortable with her. Then two days later I received an email by the hiring manager to set up a phone interview with store director. That part was so easy and smooth! Thank god!
