I applied online and within a week I was given a call by an employee. I was set up a group interview at 230. There was a total of 5 of us and one Sephora employee. She briefly went around the room to ask questions. After that she said if they deemed you qualified you would be set up for a second one-on-one interview. I was then called the next to set up the interview. I arrived at Sephora early morning and had my one-on-one interview. We briefly went over my experience, my past experience, my knowledge, and my interest. She immediately saw how passionate and interested I was in the position, but she had also wanted to make be sure that I was applying for the Seasonal Cashier position and that she would make note that I am interested in Skincare. The next day I was called for my last and final interview with the DM. I met with her and briefly discussed my past experience. She quickly realized that I was the aforementioned candidate who had a great passion for skincare. But I told her I understand that I wouldn't be given the position and that I would be applying for the cashwrap position. She saw how passionate I was about skincare and said that she would rather put be in skincare than have me in cashwrap. So she had me and a Sephora Employee demo on the floor if I was to hypothetically work there. I survived the demo and then 2 days later I received a phone call about finishing my paperwork.
