Relaxed and laid back, why would you be a great fit for the company is the overall point to drive home. Make sure to talk about conversion and sales because the point of working there is to increase sales. Management will love you if you have a willingness to learn and have great energy. Talk about the company history and CEO to stun them. Make sure you have a favorite product in mind and be ready to sell it to them in case they ask you. This interview was casual and calm - they just want to get to know you to see how you may act in front of a client.

Easy and and in person. Spoke about previous experience and had an over the phone screening and then the in person interview in a group setting. Great experience and would recommend working for this company.
