Worst interview experience I have ever had. Company has constant layoffs and the account management team lead was not even listening during mine. He also did not have the common courtesy to reply to any of my follow up emails. It shows rhat this company does not hire people with any emotional intelligence and I would recommend all applicants proceed with caution. They are missing out on top talent due to the people in leadership being road blocks.

The interview process with Sharebite was straightforward. We focused on my background and examples of your account management skills.
While I felt positive about my interview, there was a slight disconnect between what i offered and what the company was seeking. It appears the company may be struggling to define their ideal candidate, seeking someone whose skills precisely match their needs but perhaps lacking clarity in articulating those needs. Which is also confusing because they have an entire training program, so I’m unsure why the person should have to exactly match the description.
This ambiguity could potentially lead to challenges in finding the right fit for the role.

Colloquio
The first interview was simple enough. I had a great conversation with who would be my manager if I got the job. He let me know I would be moved on to the next round. The second interview went well in my opinion, and I was told I’d hear back in the next couple of days. After two days, I received an email from a no-reply email that said “after reviewing your application and resume, we decided to move forward with other candidates”. This was frustrating because I had already been through 2 interviews but I was sent a generic rejection email. When I emailed the person who I was in contact with at the company for feedback, I was ghosted.
