I applied on-line at their website and was sent an invitation within an hour (by email ) to do an interview on-line. It took about 15 minutes to complete the interview which consisted of questions and a couple of recorded response interviews. It felt a little awkward at first, but I actually liked it as it was quick and an easy process! I received an email the same day in response to the submission and was told I would be contacted when a spot became available in my area.

The whole interview process was easy and simple. There were several questions asking about how to shop, what to look for, and if you have had any experience. The questions were easy and to the point.

The interview process took 10-15 minutes and you had to record yourself responding to their questions. The questions had to do with customer service and shopping. You can re-record until you are happy with your response.
