The first interview was a video recording answering a few questions about myself and customer service experience / situations. Next was a virtual interview with 1 hiring team member about myself, experience, flexibility, etc.

Explain about "the customer is always right", are they? If not, how do you handle it
The interview process as simple and comforting. They really want to have a comfortable environment. If you are nervous you shouldn't be as they make you feel great during the entire interview process.

Best interview! It was fully online, 20 minutes of interviewer asking me questions and 20 minutes of interviewer providing details and allowing time for questions. They are super relaxed and personable and understand that interviews are intimidating!

Colloquio
Through zoom, interviewer was extremely friendly and cordial. Did not feel stressed throughout and was given plenty of time to think of answers to the questions asked. Overall, one of the best and most enjoyable interviews I have ever had.
